Role / Responsibilities

Experimenting with innovative deep learning methods to enhance the quality of our models;

Designing and developing our distributed training and data processing infrastructure;

Experience in fine tuning existing models

End-to-end ML development from data collection strategies to model development, deployment, monitoring and maintenance

Experimenting with Large Language Models, feasibility research into LLMs in creative fields and long-form text

Collaborate across a variety of disparate, internal teams (both geographically and in skillset), quickly and proactively establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Essensial Skills
-
Strong prior experience working in Data Science or ML, and specifically experience with NLP models that have been deployed to production.

Proficient in at least one cloud platform, preferably with AWS.

Excellent Python skills, along with experience in using relevant tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow XGBoost, Huggingface, etc.

Familiarity with ML Ops system design and working with ML platforms (preferably, AWS SageMaker) is a strong plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Curiosity and a strong growth mindset with a demonstrable history of learning quickly in a loosely structured, rapidly changing environment.

Knowledge graphs, Graph databases, SQL and Relational databases.
